why do i feel more lonely than ever?


and no, i am not on drugs.

i am sad. i am discouraged. i am disheartened.

but i will not give up.

what a tiring past week it has been. i'm glad it's finally over. looking forward and yet at the same time dreading the mid-term break coming up. get to rest on the one hand, and yet have to go back school for make-up lessons and soci meeting and project meeting. urgh what a freaking irony. no rest for me at all. have to study for term test somemore. urrrgh.

the world starts to shrink as we get old. basically my friend knows your friend your friend is my friend's friend her friend is my friend's girlfriend.. you get the idea. realised that i have not posted photos up for awhile. so here are some below!

*i don't know where the path i'm treading on leads to.. i am just leaning on blind faith and my only hope..

when i opened my marketing lecture powerpoint to print, i took a look at the first slide and i was like please go and eat some shit.

reason being? the slide template had a freaking big red heart on it. what the. forget it. thankfully the handouts don't have the template design on it. if not i'll just die puking during marketing lecture tomorrow.

*this is getting confusing.. what's going on?

just last week when mish and i were bored to our toes in marketing lecture, she did a little fortune-telling for me with her set of poker cards. (don't ask me why she has a set of poker cards with her. never question what she does because you'll just find yourself going around in circles without an answer.)


so anyways, back to that photo oops i meant fortune-telling. (was JUST msn-ing jj regarding some photopaper shit. amazing how the brain works in such ways.)

as my blog-readers and close friends should know, i have just kind of indefinitely lost a part of myself along this one-way street called life. (read: i am a(n) insertchoiceofword singleton now.)

so anyways, back to that (wait a minute this line seems familiar) fortune-teling. apparently, our great madame mishiemoomoocow has foretold 4 different aspects of my life in the near future. namely my love aspect, health aspect, wealth aspect and intelligence aspect.

obviously i appear to have not much of an intelligence to her, which was like only 1/3 full? my health was pathetically little. quite accurate i would say, considering that i was sick just the day before she did the fortune-telling. as for wealth, needless to say, i am a poor uni student.

the colour theme is a freaking RED. not that i have anything against red. it happens to be one of my favourite colours.


the point is that they changed the colour theme to red to suit the festive season.



now now, which festive season could it be?


chinese new year you say? i say not likely. what about all the ang-mohs who don't celebrate cny?




so what else can it be but Valentine's Day? WTH. its such an over-commercialised date. yea yea say i'm bitter cos i have no special someone to celebrate for me.



but you're wrong! cos i have tonnes of friends whom i can happily spend vday with without spending a bomb on presents. yep.. i'm a happy singleton :)

i just realised that S.H.E likes to sing english songs as chinese songs.. if you get what i mean.


heh so fast its cny again! and guess what, i am using RED bedsheets haha. more of maroon actually. but the point is, my bed looks really red plus all the red pillows/cushions i have. shall post up a photo of it when i have the time.

do NOT eat/sleep well for one week and think of all the unhappy things in the world that will make you cry.


there you go. the not-so-secret formula to falling sick and being on mc for 2 days.

i hate feeling so weak. i hate being so weak. its as if i'm outside of my body and watching myself do all those things that are.. humiliating and showing my weakness.


be bold. be strong. for the Lord your God is with you.


i will be bold and strong. for not only is the Lord my God with me, so are all my constant supports i.e. my beloved friends. one look at the tagboard will tell me how blessed i really am.
